Authors retain IPR of their documents. IPR on societal information belong to the units operating inside the Park and their legal representatives. IPR on the ideas and propositions concerning Modern Asclepieion Parks and the "Asclepieion Park of Athens" belong to the School of Medicine of the University of Athens. The use of all or part of the ideas and propositions related to Modern Asclepieion Parks is allowed, provided that proper reference to the School of Medicine is clearly indicated.

The Portal does not replace clinical practice. The Portal's goal is to provide scientific information to citizens. This is expected to have a beneficial impact on the patient-doctor relationship. In case a visitor recognises signs or symptoms of disease either on himself or on others, by reading the Portal's content, we strongly suggest that he should visit or notify his doctor immediately, rather than reaching diagnostic conclusions himself. He must by no means adopt any treatment that may be referenced to.
